Hello,

my partner (32) and I (31) are moving into a semi-detached house in the summer. The semi-detached house was inherited. We are now thinking about how to furnish the bedroom. I took a photo of the floor plan and how we envision it. We believe that a corner wardrobe solution should be used in this room to make the most of the space. For the wardrobe system, we wanted to choose Sinfonie Plus with sliding doors from Staud; maybe someone can say something about that? The floor is beech laminate, which we want to keep for now. The bed is a solid wood bed in white in country style. There is a pine natural slat at the foot and head ends. We have two white nightstands from Ikea from the Hemnes series, also in real wood, and a dresser from Hemnes, which currently has no place (W 57, D 39, H 130). My partner would prefer to also have the two dressers that I currently placed in the hallway in the bedroom, but I don’t think that will be possible. Any ideas on how we could cleverly furnish the room?

I would: 3m regular wall unit behind the door (short wall). Bed headboard on the long wall opposite the door. Line up dressers on the other short wall.

Hello,

Do you mean the wall with the dressers, the wall to the right of the door, the one that is 369 cm long? The room is 3 m wide, the bed alone has a depth of 2.22 m. Won't the passage to the window then be too narrow?

3 m wardrobe row at the bottom of the plan
Head end of bed on the left side of the plan
Chest of drawers row at the top of the plan

Ok, thanks, now I understand. On the plan above, there are windows with a length of 2.25m and below them a long radiator. The third window is located at the top left corner with a width of 1.15m. Will there be a problem with the heating there, or how far should the dresser be from the radiator?

That's naturally a mess. Ideally, nothing should stand in front of the radiator. Another idea:
3m row of cabinets at the bottom of the plan
1 m space
Parallel to that, another row of cabinets with 2m with an opening towards the bottom of the plan. The back of the cabinets would, of course, need to be nicely designed. Ideally, 50 cm cabinets - then 3.6m would remain for the bed. The headboard still on the left side of the plan.
