Hello, thanks for all the replies. We will take a look at the corner solution from Rauch. In which price range is Rauch approximately? The corner from Staud is around 500€. The chest of drawers from Ikea type Hemnes would only fit diagonally to the right by the window, preferably not under the window, as it is 130 cm high and would thus obstruct the window.
Using chests of drawers as room dividers is really a very good idea, but back to back doesn't work because then the bed would move too far towards the window, and you would have a window directly behind the bed, and my bed is 95 cm high at the headboard, so you wouldn't be able to open the window, e.g. for cleaning the window. However, we have another idea. There is another room on the upper floor. I have attached a few variants for you, maybe that will spark new discussions.
The "chest of drawers 80cm" is 77 cm high, width is naturally 80 cm.
The "chest of drawers 108 cm" is a Hemnes with W 108 cm x D 50 cm x H 130 cm.
The "chest of drawers 57cm" is the already existing Hemnes chest of drawers in W 57 cm x D 39 x H 130 cm.
The "nightstands 54cm" of which one is already available, is also a Hemnes with W 54 x D 38 cm x H 66 cm.
The bed is already available, as well as the 57 cm chest of drawers and one 54 cm nightstand. We wanted to spend a maximum of 2000€ for the remaining furniture. Currently, we have a Pax or a walk-in extra room for clothing. A Pax would be our second choice; I find the sliding doors somewhat shaky. So far, we have looked at the companies Staud and Nolte; any experiences with them? Are they worth the extra money compared to Ikea, or are there other companies in this price range?
