Do you want to order the things online?? If yes, then you first have to find an installer who will put it up for you.

Many do not want to because of the warranty.

With us, the ceramics online cost about €7000 for two bathrooms.

But the bathroom companies want €10000 or even €13000 from one of them.

Who will reroute the pipes for you or is that not necessary?
Or do you have someone who does the pipes, installation, and tiles??

The smaller your order, the more expensive it can get, that's my experience. We have often heard from the tilers that it is not much!

About 30 sqm should be tiled, both bathrooms together. They then often offered me flat rates because otherwise it wouldn't have been worthwhile for them with arrival and departure.

But I believe that it is possible to manage that for €10000 if you are allowed to order online, and there is also some luxury included. You just really have to compare.

Another example, one installer wanted to estimate 140 hours, and the second only 70.

My bathroom with 12m²
-new dry screed
-new pipes
-new toilet (from the sanitary exhibition)
-new shower 90x120cm (glass wall and door from the sanitary exhibition)
-new tub 205l (corner tub from the sanitary exhibition)
-new sink (glass + cabinet from the sanitary exhibition)
-new tiles on the wall halfway up (approx. 26m²) / on the floor approx. 10m²

-I have done/will do everything myself except the piping, installing the shower and bathtub, and the toilet including the flush tank

Additionally, there are tile adhesive, grout, sealing compound, a few brushes, a few bricks, lighting, a fan, ventilation duct, fine plaster, plaster, new windowsills, and new electrical work. I also did the electrical work myself.

The sanitary fixtures are good and solid mid-range in price.

All in all, my bathroom probably cost me about ~15,000€ and I really did a lot myself.

If I had had everything done and considering only half or a third of the time I spent myself, I would certainly have ended up around 20,000€, if not a bit more.

If you have tiling done, need new piping, etc., so you only do the demolition and plastering, painting yourself and are satisfied with cheaper sanitary fixtures, I still believe 10,000€ will be tight.
The word floor-level shower, for example, makes me doubt that you can manage with 10,000€. In an old building, if at all feasible there, it usually involves some rework. For example, removing and renewing the screed.
Depending on how it turns out, you may have to remove the screed and install a new one.
Installing dry screed yourself is doable (if you are an experienced DIYer), but most are made of gypsum which again requires sealing compound that you also have to pay for. Dry screed including the filler is not that expensive, and the sealing compound does not push the price sky-high, but if you need craftsmen for it....

I advise good planning and you should be aware that it might also cost 12,000€ or more.
One or another wish might possibly only be feasible with comparatively high costs.
Then you have to consider whether it is worth it to you.

Depending on how extensive the work is due to the individual wishes, the cost of the sanitary fixtures becomes less "important."

So we are currently renovating the bathroom (10sqm) as well. A bedroom is being turned into a bathroom. And we are staying well under 10,000 euros. But everything is done by ourselves. The floor has underfloor heating installed using the dry screed method, all pipes are new, water and heating with PEX, tub and shower from the internet. Bathroom furniture from the furniture store (no, not Möbel Boss or Poco). Tiles will cost around 1,000 euros. I can check the exact price breakdown.

Hello,

I also think that 10,000€ will be enough for you.
However, I would be interested to know what you think about aluminum composite panels in the bathroom?
That would be the next renovation I have planned to carry out.

How is the construction of these panels? I could imagine that the aluminum panels cool down faster when the window is open and that’s why the water in the air is condensing right there. But no idea if that’s really the case
