There are still 3 opinions:
By now, all old beams and floorboards have been removed and the concrete ceiling is exposed.
1. new beams as support at intervals of 40cm, filling material in between and then OSB boards with tongue and groove on top. For tiling, then glue a decoupling mat???
cheapest option, but I don't know how well the tiles will hold on the OSB boards or if they will break.
2. new beams as support at intervals of 40cm, filling material in between and then dry screed boards. For tiling, then glue a decoupling mat or tiles directly on top?
a bit more expensive than option 1 but possibly easier to tile?
3. new beams as support at intervals of 40cm, filling material in between and then OSB board, dry screed on top. For tiling, then glue a decoupling mat or tiles directly on top?
very expensive, but the most stable.
What are your expert opinions?
By the way: Is €1700 for laying tiles on 26 m² reasonable? Price without tiles.
Thank you very much for your help
Best regards Jan
