I'm not a planner, but a urinal is so outdated and has the charm of a pub – it doesn't help with cleaning either. Just sit down and that's that. You can use the space and money better. My opinion.

True, it would rather only be something for the guest bathroom, but that won’t work anyway due to lack of space.

Who planned the bathroom? With 3 windows and a parapet height of 90 cm?

But without the:

[*]Large washbasin with mirror cabinet
[*]Floor-level shower (at least 1x1 m, preferably larger)
[*]Bathtub
[*]Towel radiator
[*]Preferably niches, e.g., in the shower as storage
[*]Sufficient space for a shelf and a laundry basket

where is all of this supposed to go?

The partition wall on the window wall is, in my opinion, unnecessary.
