But keep in mind that you still need to clean under there thoroughly. It's best to try beforehand whether the distance is still enough to comfortably reach underneath with your hand.

We also have a small bathroom, and in addition to the base cabinet, a mid cabinet in the corner. It doesn't hang on the wall because there is no space for that, but stands in a corner half under the window. Maybe a freestanding cabinet would also be an option?

I can't imagine that, it wouldn't hold up in the long run. So with decent products, such a handle should always be screwed on. Usually, you can unscrew the handle from the inside and then, for example, paint it with spray paint. Or buy another one where the hole distance is the same.

Thanks for the tip another cabinet is unfortunately not so easily possible maybe only next to the entrance (between door and shower) There is about 56 cm of space (without counting the door frame, so rather only 50 cm), maybe a 30-35 cm wide cabinet could fit there, but you'd have to look at how it would fit first or there is also space between the shower and bathtub, about 58 cm, but the wall there is only 1.20 m high (at least the base)

Have a look around for mid-level cabinets. Normally, there are matching side furniture pieces for wash basins, such as mid-level cabinets, tall cabinets, etc. I just googled it, and a mid-level cabinet, for example, is available in 30 and 33 cm widths. We did not mount ours on the wall as the manufacturer intended, but I just got suitable furniture feet in stainless steel look and screwed them underneath. That wasn’t difficult, and I didn’t have to drill into the tiles, plus we didn’t have any space left on the wall for that anyway. With 58 cm of space, something like that easily fits in between and will probably look airy and not cramped. I would try to simulate it at home with furniture or boxes to get a feel for the distances and dimensions. With 1.20 m height, the mid-level cabinet could even be relatively tall; ours is about 80 cm.

Yes, we will see.

but drilling through the tile is not the problem, at least you can clean better under the cabinet if it has no feet

The problem is just that we cannot install these cabinets near the sink, they would be on the other side of the bathroom
therefore we still need the [Spiegelschrank]

If the [Spiegelschank] is at 130cm, you should still have enough visibility and 10cm of space should also be enough to clean there.

Very flat items like a hairbrush can also be placed there temporarily, the base next to the [Spiegelschrank] for taller items also continues.

If we hung a mirror at 120cm, then you couldn't really place much as it would cover the mirror

The cabinets are still a good addition for towels or something similar

I know, we have it the same way. But a mirror that is too high is a big problem. Additionally, the whole bathroom looks lousy with it. Mirrors have a strong spatial effect. Look for alternatives, e.g. a base cabinet. Or do without the shelf itself. 50 cm on the side are also enough for a tall cabinet. There is a wide selection.

I also mentioned painting ;)

You would always see that we painted them afterwards, even if we dismantled and sprayed them, you would still see it, right?

That’s why buying different handles is more of an option that would probably look much better.

How does it look if there is air (at least at the top) behind the tall cabinet because of the plinth?

The plinth has a depth of 10 cm.

If we hung the mirror cabinet at 130 or 135 cm, that should still work, right?

At 135 cm I see down to under the chest :D my wife is about the same height.
