OK, I understand. How big is the washbasin? But already with a cabinet underneath? The shower 1.4 * 1.14 is already huge. The 1.6m bathtub is a sitting bathtub. You don't really want that. Option without separate toilet. Or should I continue with the option with a separate toilet? Unfortunately, I cannot save two options.

A fully lockable door is not possible then.

A quarter-circle shower curtain is simpler and more practical. You don't have to clean the glass constantly, and the curtain goes into the washing machine once a week.

I can possibly consider color suggestions and tile size as well as design.

What do you expect from a 1.40 x 1.40 shower? Doesn't one of you in oversized 1.00 fit in? One meter width is completely enough, and it makes more sense to make it rather longer.

Yes, gladly, I found this variant quite good here, if it could still be adjusted a bit?
Are there double washbasins in 1.20m? Possibly with a small shelf for soap, etc.? This one of course with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, we also didn’t find the tall cabinet bad as an alternative to the shelf for towels, etc.
Well, the shower doesn’t have to be huge, minimum 1x1m, but with the niche for shampoo, etc. added.
It would also be possible for us to add another wall and then possibly a corner entry? Or immediately 2 fixed parts with corner entry?
Is the sliding door to the bathroom possible if we move the room door inward? The door could also, if necessary, be made to open outward.
Can the shower fitting be placed on the other wall? So basically behind the stairs.
We don’t bathe much, our current bathtub isn’t bigger either, that’s enough for us.
The towel radiator then purely electric or combined and with the underfloor heating manifold?

We haven’t really thought about tiles yet.
Is it still common nowadays to tile up to full height?

Here is a discouraging example fully tiled. Honestly, I prefer tiling only where necessary. However, that is difficult in the bathroom planning program.

Here with a double washbasin 120 cm and mirror cabinet. Liquid soap dispenser will be attached to the wall.
