WC and shower opposite each other at 225 cm I find rather impractical, as there will definitely be a wet area in front of the toilet here.

I actually like this approach well, also because the windows are relatively easily accessible. Here I also find the existing drains well utilized. If the sliding door is not desired, the toilet could also be rotated by 90° and placed on the wall section between the windows. Leave out the second washbasin, but actually put a 20 cm deep tall cabinet on the left, maybe only 15 cm behind the door and move the door as far to the right as possible. Continue the cabinet for the last 100 cm upwards on the plan at parape height. It could also be deeper then.

Instead of a washbasin with tall cabinet and wall partition, there could also simply be a wide washbasin with nice base cabinets. In the depth of the washbasin rather a small partition wall to the shower and then only a 50-60 cm fixed glass element to extend this partition.

If the OP could once say what he can imagine. There have already been several suggestions.

Maybe he says what he finds good or bad about the respective suggestions.

In my opinion, a urinal can be installed in a guest WC. In the family bathroom rather not. A small sign is enough.

Without knowing the existing conditions, it is difficult to estimate the costs. 10-20k

It is best to contact the companies that are suitable. They will then also make you a design.

I suggest the foldable tub, but I think it won’t change anything :D

Our current tub has a lying surface of 1.40m on top and is completely enough for us.
So it would have to be a 1.60m tub? Then I’d say a 1.60x70 tub is more than enough, right?

I think the idea with the separated toilet is great, I wouldn’t have thought of that.
But is the bathroom really used when guests are there?

I find the second approach better.
If the toilet is rotated, does a low cistern still have to be installed?
Or is there a way, with a low cistern, to set the control on the top anyway so that the lid finally opens below the push plate?

I found both suggestions very good; I need to reconsider the one with the separated WC.

We would skip the urinal after all.
Maybe the door should slide inwards after all, so that the area in front can be used for hanging jackets? It shouldn’t be a problem regarding space, right?
Does a built-in mirror make sense? How thick would the wall need to be for that?
The shower should be closed because, in my opinion, it drafts strongly at this size.

I also completely forgot that we still need to accommodate a WW meter; however, I think that won’t cause any problems.

It's about being able to separate your rather "private" bathroom for guests so that they basically only use the toilet and washbasin and don't have to walk through the entire bathroom.

That’s clear.
We’re planning it with the separate toilet.
We would reduce the size of the washbasin a bit, as well as the bathtub.
Instead, the shower would be a bit larger with a niche in the wall.
And the bathroom door would open inward, if that still works with the sliding door.
