Around the outside is not the outer wall, but only the front wall. At the top of the plan, the long red line is the total interior width of the house.

The walls, stairs are in red,

Who uses the bathtub that it has to be so wide? I would drown in it, also because of the length.

The window in the children's room shower is wider, parapet height from about 160 cm or so

I am almost 2m tall and my wife could also comfortably try lying in it. I like your plan, but you have reduced children's room 3, if I see that correctly, right? Unfortunately, that is not an option for us, since child 3 already has the smallest room and we don’t want to take even more away from the kids.

I think 10cm are missing. I don't believe it matters much for a child whether they have 14.8 or 14.6 sqm.

Although I don't have an exact measurement, I have the "bathroom wall" straight up from the stairs. It doesn't matter if the door to the dressing room is exactly where I drew it. You can also place the right cabinets elsewhere and move the children's room wall over.

The trick is actually finding the right door positions for the bedroom, dressing room, and bathrooms. I also don't know how thick the partition wall is; I took 15cm.

You can draw it yourself...

aha, I don't know any men who want to get into the tub.

I am the one in my family who bathes the most. My wife hardly ever bathes, the little one only with a lot of persuasion (which also applies to showering). However, I am also rather compact class.

I like evelinoz's idea. Especially widening the children's bathroom definitely makes sense, otherwise there will be conflicts.

It might be sensible to have two small sinks in the children's bathroom to reduce squabbling. It would also be good to incorporate a step, so the children can act more independently faster. I'm planning something like that too... just can't find it right now. It can be tiled and removed later when the children are bigger. That way, you don't have to change the height of the sinks, toilet, etc. later.

The

Unfortunately, Evelinoz's plan doesn't work. It takes too much space from the other rooms.

Our actual favorite (based on an idea from Alessandro) also unfortunately doesn't work because of the drainage. Accordingly, our bathroom will now remain as planned :D
