I see that completely differently
1. How often do you bathe?
2. You don’t necessarily have to take a dump before getting into the bathtub.
3. I find a toilet next to the washbasin far more disgusting because you use the washbasin there at least twice a day, certainly not the bathtub.
4. As shown in the plan, the headboard is exactly on the other side

But for example, I would make sure that the head in the bathtub can be more towards the bottom. The toilet next to the bathtub and then next to the head forms more of a height, the toilet next to the washbasin is not next to the head.

The head end of the bathtub would definitely be at the bottom in this case (I have also read the neighboring thread about this ).

I see many points from Allessandro, but I don't really find the solution optimal either.

What do you think about completely swapping the toilet and the bathtub? Or is the bathtub in front of the window rather not recommended?

I think that would cause a problem with the towel holders again. The question is also how long the washbasin is or is supposed to be.

I overlooked that, sorry.

I need to look that up at home, unfortunately I don’t have it at hand right now, it should be about 230cm if you look at the other walls.
