With your measurements (length 130), water will still splash - I was going to say that it’s actually already as good as you planned it yourself, but the space in front of the toilet will probably still get a bit wet.

If the door is now pushed further into the room, you’ll get a nice partition wall behind the door (looking at it positively :) )
Your wish won’t get any easier...
If the door is moved, then there are no interior walls yet?! Take a look if something can be changed, otherwise make the door 84 wide (or whatever is standard) and open it towards the hallway.

With your specifications, you quickly end up with your first draft. It doesn't really ping me.

I had considered going in the direction of a washbasin on wall B, toilet on wall D, bathtub on wall F – thought that was pretty cool until I realized that the shower wouldn't fit anymore :-D
