Hello Danton,
of course, this should then be understood as an official order, which will be compensated according to the official regulations.
The goal should be to check the construction costs based on the trade services and to give a "go" as a third party.
Also, to give me an explanation from another source about what "schlüsselfertig" according to DIN 276(?) actually means. I thought we could save money based on the equipment features. When listing the equipment, I - in my opinion - only set the minimum requirements. And I hoped, as mentioned, to save money that way. (e.g. tiling the hobby room with leftover tiles, "medium-coarse plaster" instead of fine plaster, textured wallpaper and click laminate. But from how it sounded, these features do not necessarily have to lead to lowering the price by a few hundred. This is not entirely clear to me, as I have always held the opinion that with "schlüsselfertig" I have the choice between exclusive (golden faucets, marble staircase, Tekko wallpapers, etc.), medium level, and "lower limit." Somehow the DIN must add up, even if it was explained as the average standard from 100,000 examples. (Normal textured wallpaper and click laminate belong for me almost to the lower limit). By the way, our A. knew the planned construction sum. We actually thought, since we received no indication to the contrary, that it would remain that way. Until we had the rough breakdown. But by then, we were already too far advanced (and mentally already living in our house) to throw everything overboard again. And the money must now at least be roughly recovered.
Suggestion: As soon as I have the corresponding breakdown and thus the contract, I will get in touch with you. However, it may still take about a week. (Real appointments with A. are hard to get out of him)
