Advantages and Disadvantages: Raffstore or Roller Shutters?

We have roller shutters because the venetian blinds are prone to wind.

Since almost every room has a second window on a different house wall/direction and in summer the roller shutters usually do not have to be fully closed, it is never completely dark.

If you think you need [Raffstores] somewhere, then take them. They are great. Whether they are necessary depends on the property, orientation, sunlight exposure, and pedestrian traffic. If you don’t have a need for them, I would stick with blinds: cheaper and more durable.

In the sleeping area, use regular blinds to be able to darken completely.

We also have both. Pay attention to the appearance: same colors if mixed (for us, blinds are a special color because of that) and don’t mix too much. We have a mixed facade: ground floor [Raff], upper floor blinds, and otherwise one system per facade.

We have 2.6m wide venetian blinds, and even in storms nothing has so far shaken, only minimal rattling. I don't worry about that anymore. We have a wind sensor against forgetting, but I think it was unnecessary.

when did you build? Maybe roller shutters have become even more stable in recent years? Or can the quality be so different?

The Raffsfores were installed at the beginning of 2018, according to the installer a "completely new rail system." I can't imagine that it is much better than a previous model now, I think it was about the appearance. The manufacturer specifies a wind sensor only from a certain width.
