Hey,

I'm asking around if anyone else has this or would do it this way:

There is a niche in the storage room where the washer-dryer is located. The niche is about 160cm wide. Now the idea would be to attach square timber along the width of 160cm on the left, back, and right walls, and place a countertop on it where the washer-dryer stands underneath. Possibly install a built-in sink on the right side, or a single basin like that. That way you could fill a bucket with water from there and don't have to go "through the house" to the kitchen. Add a wall-mounted faucet to that..... This is an 11.5cm interior wall, and on the other side of the wall is the guest toilet. Or via angle valves and the faucet to the basin.

I wouldn't want to just nail up a white enamel basin with a rubber rim there now...

Maybe some of you also have pictures of your "construction"?

Thanks!

I would rather choose:

[*]60cm base cabinet from the Ikea kitchen program with drawers, so that I gain storage space
    [*]60cm washer-dryer
[*]40 cm base cabinet with a door, where a narrow suitable sink (e.g. NORRSJÖN 37x44 from Ikea) is installed.

Then you don't need wooden beams and can simply place a countertop on top. Then no wall-mounted faucet, but simply install the faucet in the countertop.

We only had a drain and a faucet installed and now we are going to set up a small kitchenette just like would do.

We have the "white thing nailed to the wall" basement tub in the corner. For that, the washing machine and dryer were raised. No bending is much nicer for me than a visually nice countertop. I could take a photo, but I assume it would be less interesting.

Please please very freshly fully plastered utility room
Podium built in the shell construction right away. Sink on the right in the corner.
Also visible is the Grünbeck, which really takes up very little space.
