Hey,
I'm asking around if anyone else has this or would do it this way:
There is a niche in the storage room where the washer-dryer is located. The niche is about 160cm wide. Now the idea would be to attach square timber along the width of 160cm on the left, back, and right walls, and place a countertop on it where the washer-dryer stands underneath. Possibly install a built-in sink on the right side, or a single basin like that. That way you could fill a bucket with water from there and don't have to go "through the house" to the kitchen. Add a wall-mounted faucet to that..... This is an 11.5cm interior wall, and on the other side of the wall is the guest toilet. Or via angle valves and the faucet to the basin.
I wouldn't want to just nail up a white enamel basin with a rubber rim there now...
Maybe some of you also have pictures of your "construction"?
Thanks!
