A little revised? That is a completely different floor plan

Please have your architect do that, there are far too many points to note.

Okay, what else I notice:
- Interior walls won’t fit like that; it’s a standard size that looks rather narrow.
- The slanted walls at the bottom: why? I would change them so that they are removed.
- No access from the kitchen to the dining area?
- What’s the purpose of this passage to the garage? What does it bring?
- In my opinion, the staircase doesn’t match a house of this size.
- I consider the master bedroom unmanageable. Bed under the window is actually more of a "no-go," and I hardly see space for a wardrobe.
- Upstairs again these strange slanted walls. It looks like an attempt to cram the required rooms in at all costs.

And why is the wardrobe designed in such a way that it contaminates the entire hallway with dirt?

If the hallway measures approximately 3 x 4, then the staircase is too short!

Best regards in brief

Just say the name and the model, maybe together we can derive something even more cleverly from it...

It's probably similar to the "Speis" (in the HansHaus thread), a matter of opinion with two factions: I see the cloakroom as a storage place for coats, shoes, and bags, and I use shoe scrapers and doormats; but of course one can also see the cloakroom as a transfer station between rubber boots and slippers, and if people walk up to there with muddy shoes, then this stop-off must of course take place as close as possible behind the front door.

I'm still missing the hat in the list

that might work for you, but not with four children's feet.. And honestly: if properly planned, you can get rid of your things right at the front: why have a cloakroom that looks messy every day or where jackets pile up because you possibly have more than one jacket... where do you go then? To the door or to the wardrobe? I want to look at my jackets as a whole surface! ...shoes too... also my scarves and with many women there are endless handbags (which for children probably corresponds to gloves, scarves, and sports bags

The template is the Viebrockhaus Maxime 700 in Kaarst. It includes a storage room, which we have converted into a cloakroom. We want to have a shower on the ground floor and have therefore made this compromise to move the cloakroom one room further. We do not need a storage room in this form either. The external dimensions are 1:1 from this floor plan. Deviating from the catalogue floor plan of the Maxime 700, the house in Kaarst has a U-shaped staircase, that is with 2x90°. You can only see this if you enter the virtual tour. Then the floor plan changes to the actual one, as it is on site. Of course, this does not look right in the picture in our "drawing" and appears too short. I based it on the dimensions here from the stair template and even extended them slightly.
