Hello,

has anyone already dealt more closely with the alternative proof of a KfW Efficiency House 55 according to reference values, which will come into effect from April 2016? Reference values are given there to achieve a KfW55 house:
Roof surfaces, top floor ceiling, dormer U ≤ 0.14 W/(m² K)
Windows and other transparent components Uw ≤ 0.90 W/(m² K)
Exterior walls, floor ceilings downwards against outside air U ≤ 0.20 W/(m² K)

However, the U-values do not seem particularly good to me, especially since the requirements will be tightened again in 2016 (by 20-25%) and rather correspond to the current KfW40 standard. And with a current KfW40 house, in my opinion, the U-values are somewhat better.

I would appreciate opinions. Thanks

Regards

Kfw55 remains kfw55. Only the funding will be adjusted because the energy saving ordinance standard will approximately correspond to Kfw70 in the future.

I have just read the following as well: Wesentliche Änderungen der Energieeinsparverordnung 2014:

[*]From January 2016: Tightening of requirements for new buildings (annual primary energy demand -25%, transmission heat loss approx. -20%)

That is what I also wrote.

I meant that the currently valid KfW40 standard from April 2016 roughly corresponds to the KfW55 standard because the conditions are being tightened. That means that in 2016 the requirements for KfW55 approximately correspond to the current KfW40. And for the current KfW40 standard, I do not find the U-values for the new simplified verification method according to reference values particularly good. Or am I completely wrong now?

and I think you are wrong! KfW55 remains KfW55! Accordingly, the simplified verification procedure according to the current KfW55 is to be applied. How all this is regulated in detail, no idea.

The funding for KfW55 is adjusted accordingly (downwards), since the Energy Saving Ordinance = approx. KfW70 and therefore the funding for KfW70 is reduced/eliminated.
