Absolutely right, that's what I had always told her, but she insisted on having the house parallel to the street instead of parallel to the property boundaries.

Yes, that's conceivable for us, on the other hand, it makes the south garden correspondingly narrower, and 6 m is not really spacious for two cars. One car might possibly stay on the street...

Yes, no added value.

YES! This “storage air space” is not so valuable. It widens your dining area.

The room program was 4 bedrooms on the 1st/2nd floor, steam sauna somewhere. Living and dining area visually connected.

That would work without problems if we decide on a basement (omitting the utility room). We are currently commissioning a soil surveyor...

Question:
how do you see the facade...?

It also works this way. That way you gain more garden. CP or garage at the boundary.

or better like this then you don’t have such a tower.

If you have questions, feel free. First comes the house on the property. Then the floor plans.

Personally, I think if you make a slanted wall, then angles should either be adopted, repeated, or not mixed with other angles (except 90 degrees).
I played around a bit until I got to the attic: it is indeed the case that with quite a few possibilities for the staircase, you hit the limits. Although I gave the main house a width of 7.50, then took a KS of 130 and with my staircase idea (straight but taken from the slanted wall, so it is still "shorter" in width), it doesn't fit at the top.
It would actually have to be a staircase position as the planner drew it if you prefer a straight one.
And when I imagine how I could place it, I think of an air space... she has that too. So the planning is not satisfactory, but the way to get there is understandable. At least for me :D
Attached are 3 screenshots of the unfinished house...

The existing staircase 20 cm to the right, then pantry and WC between the wall and staircase. Then you can still easily come out upstairs within the 2 m line. The 20 cm is good for the dining table. Can you push the upper floor to the building boundary? That way it becomes a storage room for the carport?

Otherwise, a good approach. I also don't like the fully brick-clad house.
