I think it’s cool - I would probably choose V2. It kind of looks like a church from the outside, I think.

And: Don’t let yourself be confused by people who just like to “write read” themselves ;)

Yes, the impression of a church came to me very quickly as well. I think part of it is due to the shape, another (to be avoided) part is the dark clinker facade, which we certainly need to discuss again. We quite like the 1st floor/attic, keyword own space for the adolescent.

The architect’s writing is called "drawing" :)

The advice would therefore be: trash it and start over? In my view, an angle facing southwest is the most appropriate concept for the property and its orientation. Also, dispose of [it] and stay with a barn on the right, northern side of the property, as suggested here in the forum, approximately 8.5x13m.

Finally, no wall stubs :)
It doesn’t just look sort of really cool. I like it.... it has a bit of both.

I thought you had a tilt in planning?

What don’t you really like? The SW is above, right?
Spontaneously in V1 I thought that the planned elevator is missing an outside door to the parking space... (where the trash area is)
In V2 I noticed negatively that there is no window at all in the SW on the EG.

...I’m looking for that right now ;)

Reasonable would probably be V1... V2 has a really strong impact on the kitchen. I really like the island... personally, I don’t like that the closed wall is plastered with tall cabinets. But I also personally don’t like these compartment kitchens where in symmetry a small working window disappears between tall cabinets. I could imagine it without tall cabinets with a natural stone wall with a wide band of light or even better, a patio door exactly opposite the front door. Or something like that.

Anyway: what do you dislike?

OG: how are you making the air space accessible? Is the office intended to be used as an office in the DG or is it just a name and will be assigned to the child?

PS: I don’t see a church there – I see a townhouse.

No, even change the architect. Apparently, he confuses "creative" with "painfully original". I would already be fed up and fear that construction management is not someone's strength. And after all, you want the house built, not just "painted".
