Only if it complies with the [EnEV] - and that will not work with your budget...

Sebastian, yes: It will be tight. But since the OP knows an architect and is willing to contribute his own work: One could (subjunctive) manage a project like this. It is difficult. Yes.

I can only encourage the OP to continue pursuing this with his architect for now. The architect seems to be a friend – so the OP can certainly get the consultation very cheaply.

After initial plans, we will see if it’s a success or a failure. As I said, it needs to be carefully thought through. It's possible. The idea is neither absurd nor far-fetched. It is just "different," but other people have already done something like this successfully. Why not the OP?

No, at most in Phantasia-/Disneyland® ... I also don't really understand why you are giving momentum to the OP's nonsense .... I am more convinced than ever that he disguised himself as a troll

Rhenish greetings

I understand Thorsten's "support" to mean that the power of the actual circumstances will soon show anyway (which a forum cannot do) that the project is not feasible unless one invests a disproportionate amount ...

Guys, this is about experiences and opinions on container houses. I already know that almost everyone thinks it won't work and this doesn't need to be discussed here again..... this is my project, if anyone wants to answer questions or say something about it, feel free to do so, but I don't want to read trolls, nonsense, or other inappropriate things here. better to say nothing at all^^

yes, I even get the advice for free^^ we have already discussed some things regarding energy and heat generation to ensure that the house complies with the energy saving ordinance now I’m even more committed and receive interesting offers by email every day that would also be affordable^^
