Expensive fun to take the window fabricator along and look at everything on site together.

So a purely Turkish product. There is a reason why the windows do not have European approval. For me that would be an absolute dealbreaker, just like the lack of access to a Turkish entrepreneur if (I think when, not if) defects become apparent.

That alone still says nothing about the quality of the windows.

Is that good or bad now (because it was only 2/3 cheaper)?
I am also currently collecting offers for windows (14 windows, 1x PSK - total approx. 34 sqm plus electric shutters). The pure prices for the material range between €6,500 (directly from Poland, sold and installed by a German company) up to €21,000 (local window fabricator) - almost all offers are Veka Softline 82 MD windows. You can also get cheap windows in Germany with a German contact. For me, it also will not be the cheapest provider. The overall package has to be right and for me the window fabricator, who is also the installer and contact person, is worth a few euros more.

Since you apparently already bought the windows, the horse has already bolted.

Case from real life:
"In the Oldenburg area in Oldenburg, a window fabricator was commissioned in July 2015 to supply and install window and door elements including shutters for a residential house. For €16,200 gross. The window fabricator had the window and door elements produced and carried out the work. There were declarations of performance from the manufacturer for the windows. Not for the shutters. There was no CE marking for either the windows or the shutters.

The window fabricator received his money.

But the client’s joy did not last long. After some time, there appeared unclean seams, non-airtight windows and much more."

No, exactly not. This is a Belgian company. You can google it, good - very good reviews. Deceuninck Germany GmbH sorry, I forgot to write it, CE, RAL, EN, ISO, TSE all available for windows. I think there is no CE for roller shutters, it is not required for this either I have 12 window offers, from Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Bosnia, and DE. Price range 40-75T€. HS doors, 120sqm windows, additional window widenings due to balcony slope etc.

So what now? Import windows from Turkey or commission German companies? The one you mentioned is based in Germany (a subsidiary of the Belgians). But it has nothing to do with the company Winsa. Huh? The original post was about importing Turkish windows WITHOUT CE marking. Winsa is still a Turkish manufacturer of profiles. Nothing Belgian. To get back to your original post. What exactly do you want to know from us here? Where do your windows come from now? Do they have a CE mark or not? In every post you say different things.

I personally have not yet encountered windows without CE marking and have also never dealt with the EU’s approach to Turkey regarding its accession. But you should research that once, lest you suffer shipwreck: if marking is mandatory for a product group, it could happen that you cannot get your nicely inexpensive goods out of the customs warehouse and may even have to pay for their destruction. The infallibly all-knowing Wikipedia says about it: Die CE-Kennzeichnung wird häufig als „Reisepass“ für den europäischen Binnenmarkt bezeichnet.

Sorry, I have to summarize briefly. When I inquired at Winsa, I was told that not everything has a CE marking. That’s why I started my thread.

Meanwhile, I have been proven that there is CE, RAL, etc. for the windows but not for roller shutters (which are also not required).

Winsa was bought by Deceuninck. We visited the production site and saw that a lot has been invested there. Since I work in field service myself, I can say one thing: they definitely have European standards regarding the production site, machines, etc.

My windows come from Winsa in Turkey with CE, RAL, etc. You can take a look at them if they have been installed for you.
