And again about the story with "guidance up to the windowsill": I see a much greater effort in cleaning... I'm glad that this is not the case with us - otherwise there would probably already be a flowerbed in the corner behind it...

at our roller shutters, a lot of light comes through at the bottom left and right, so that the entire roller shutter is illuminated. Extremely annoying, especially in the bedroom and children's room. In the pictures, the roller shutters are completely closed, the light only comes from the corners at the bottom.
Someone from the company also took another look at it (only from the outside, he was not inside) and said that this is how it is supposed to be. I have never had such light incidence in any apartment before, so I find it very strange. Here is the statement that came later by email:
Depending on the type of roller shutter and roller shutter guidance construction, more or less light enters here. The roller shutter type and roller shutter guidance construction were requested from us exactly as specified in the service description, and we offered and finally installed exactly this construction.
According to RAL guidelines, the roller shutter guide rail must not end flush with the window sill; there must be at least 8 mm of space, less is not permitted, and we also achieve these 8 mm for you.
