You surely have a contract with the window installer, right? I also don't believe that a color will be painted without prior notice.... he has to ensure that he delivers the ordered goods by the defined date. At first glance, it doesn't seem like the shading is something totally special. Maybe another manufacturer can supply the color or the current one can make a custom color for you. For cables, I wouldn't care about the color since I won't see them later, but for such a dominant element, I would try to get my ordered desired color.

The venetian blinds are from Roma. Standard, but solid, I think.

We probably slept on that ourselves, the offer was anthracite, basically as a placeholder. About half a year ago. Now we finalized the colors (roof, shading, facade) a few days ago. That was probably just too tight.

We will see. Maybe something is still possible.

Always describe and secure everything precisely. Otherwise, it will come back to bite you or something will be installed incorrectly. Fingers crossed that you find a good solution.

You, it is like this now. The reason why I am even writing this here is that at first we actually wanted to go with white/anthracite. Then this thread came. And I thought, yeah why actually? I then suggested to my wife to do something different. At first she was skeptical, then as enthusiastic as I was. It was just too late. I am sure we will find something we like. In the meantime, we have learned that building also means having to rethink spontaneously. Even if it doesn’t taste good at first. So far, we have been able to handle all spontaneities well.

Anthracite instead of slate gray is not quite on point from a perfectionist’s perspective, but also not a big deal. Bronze doesn’t sound so inappropriate for the frames (?) shown in the picture.

I actually thought that too. kind of like: courage for the old metal! You would just have to see how it looks...
