Most of the time, the land buyers spend the rest of their lives on the property. Unfortunately, they take less time to buy a piece of land than for a car or a new computer. And most of the time, it involves a lot of money, especially if you build a house on it.

I don’t get that impression at all – rather the impression that when weighing dozens of aspects, the thirteenth one is overlooked. How else can you expect to be suspicious on a barren field, not seeing the forest for the trees.

The problem here, as in real life, is that you can't spend weeks or even months thinking and weighing options, so you have to ensure a prompt decision-making process. However, I think that none of the planned plots in this area will be really bad, so: What is most important? Two full floors without slanted ceilings? Then either the shed roof crutch or the dreadful villa and be happy in WA2. Where do the corrected values for the eaves and building heights actually come from?

Hope: Insight Based on initial preliminary inquiries, applications, or requests for exemptions, it may have come to a review resulting in the generally unproblematic excesses being incorporated directly into the plan in most cases. Fear: Necessity Perhaps the plan heights of the streets were changed and the maximum heights of the buildings adjusted to correspond once again to the originally intended heights. Unfortunately, this would indicate 30 cm more ground height of the streets during the course of planning changes (with the usual indexing of reference heights to the still unchanged terrain).

Correct! The interested parties for the edge building plots in the east (adjacent to the existing buildings) had complained that they were more or less forced to build bungalows on their plots. Since few wanted that, the eaves and building heights were subsequently adjusted upwards for the entire development area.

Since time is getting tight, we were in the development area several more times this week at different times of the day. We have created a new selection list with three plots, since probably two applicants before us are allowed to choose their plots.

1st choice: Plot 1466 (size 410m2)
2nd choice: Plot 1517 (size 513m2)
3rd choice: Plot 1518 (size 526m2)

We would be very happy to receive brief feedback on this selection list.

Thank you & have a nice weekend!

Why? I find almost all plots below the Buchenweg or adjacent to it better positioned.
