Where do the corrected values for the eaves and building heights actually come from?

Based on initial preliminary inquiries, applications, or requests for exemptions, a review may have taken place with the result that in most cases the easily grantable exceedances were directly incorporated into the plan.
Correct! The interested parties for the edge building plots in the east (adjacent to the existing buildings) had complained that they were more or less forced to build bungalows on their plots. Since few wanted that, the eaves and building heights were subsequently adjusted upwards for the entire development area.
Since time is getting tight, we were in the development area several more times this week at different times of the day. We have created a new selection list with three plots, since probably two applicants before us are allowed to choose their plots.
1st choice: Plot 1466 (size 410m2)
2nd choice: Plot 1517 (size 513m2)
3rd choice: Plot 1518 (size 526m2)
