6,5,4 do not have this roof division. Yes, according to the garages they all seem to be detached houses, but why do some have a line in the roof and some don’t, if a gable roof is supposed to be prescribed everywhere?

Maybe this is the experimental part where the flat roof is allowed? ;)

In the semi-detached house, I would expect the property boundary to run through the house and also a second garage to be drawn. So rather forget the ridge.

Because of precisely such guesswork, it is better to use the official plan along with its accompanying documents instead of a "child's drawing" from the land marketer.

The drawing actually comes from the building authority in a [Exposé]

mh. Strange, at first glance I probably would have chosen completely different plots than the ones suggested here. Probably something between 9 and 14. This is the quiet rear part of the residential area - only 2 immediate neighbors. The terrace can then be placed out of view behind the house. The lower sun in the morning and evening is still possible on the terrace behind the house. The sun is high in the south anyway, so that shouldn’t be a problem. Children can also play on the street away from the main road without any problems. If no winter service is active, the plots opposite the corner plots also have their advantage. Especially the corner plots in our residential area all have relatively tall hedges as privacy screens after a few years because the terrace is visible from everywhere.

If you like it quiet and somewhat shady and are not at home during the day anyway, the plot near the kindergarten can also have its charm. From 4 p.m. and on weekends at the latest, it should be really quiet there.

PS: You can also calculate the shadow casting. From my point of view, the shadow is too long for midday on a summer day. Combined with rather lush greenery, it is probably spring instead.

Unbelievable: the guys sit at the source and yet supply their customers with nutrient-reduced information :-(
