Ga/St marks the (3m wide) area within which the parking spaces (parking space, carport, or garage) must be located. However, the marked area is much too long. The length of the house wall is 10 m, but a parking space only requires a space of 5 m. That means the parking space is only in the area of the street-facing half of the wall. Therefore, a floor-to-ceiling window can be placed in the garden-facing half of this wall on the ground floor. There are no problems on the upper floor and attic anyway.
@ypg: At 1436 the situation is similar to your townhouse, but not quite as bad:
1) Townhouses are often narrower and longer, so the windowless front is even larger than at 1436 (10 m).
2) On your townhouse, the windowless side faces south, at 1436 it faces southeast.
Well, difficult decision: Will one later regret having purchased the cheaper plot but be annoyed about the reduced amount of light? Or does one buy the cheaper plot, simply plan 1-2 more windows, and save a lot of money that way?
