I am not the only one who does not share your opinion on that - what is such an answer supposed to mean?

So what now? I only linked things from the KFW - it cannot be interpreted the way you say.

I know common practice differently too - it works the way you say for us as well. But in my opinion, that is not correct either - but I don't care. But that was not the question...

Hello,

What do you expect from me? I answer the way we experience it in practice and so far I have not received any feedback from the KfW - in not a single case where funds were requested in 2015 - that anything has changed! I just had a phone call with one of our architects about this and his answer was something I should have guessed: "oh yes, the experts on the net, they always know everything better".

There are many guys who have drunk truth by the tub. If you want to join them opinion-wise, that is your good right. But the statement does not become true because of that; at least not for the part that I experience daily.

So you have decided after all that botched work is being done at your place. Interesting that the KfW tolerates that if something has actually changed. Have you ever thought about that or maybe you are afraid that the KfW will bring out the big stick upon reinspection - at the end of the construction project? Or is it maybe because you applied for the funds in 2014? Or ... or .... or ...

Rhenish greetings

That the forms must be signed by a certified expert is undisputed.

That construction supervision by experts must take place from KFW55 or better, all parties currently agree on that as well.

Now it's only about: Construction supervision at KFW70, Bauexperte on one side, Lexmaul on the other, and I’m not sure anymore.

But very simple:
Call to the KFW: Construction supervision has been mandatory for all energy standards since the program change! Previously only from 55 and better, now mandatory also at 70.

So Lex is probably right. Sorry Bauexperte.

PS: As long as the energy consultant takes responsibility for it, an execution-supervising architect can carry out the inspections, but construction supervision must take place and be warrantied with liability by the energy consultant.

Yes, the stupid experts of the internet... sorry that as a layperson I just said something

Above all, that it is immediately counted as an attack on one's own competence - that was never my intention anyway.

Hello,

I can reassure you – I did not interpret your posts that way. Whoever bowls must also be able to set up, as they say in the Rhineland

Rhenish greetings

Hello Tox,

It does not have to

As far as I see it, this is how it is handled; if not, the costs for the external expert would have to be set significantly higher. But I also don’t know anyone who would voluntarily take on a structural engineer or energy consultant. In this respect, the person liable accepts a manageable risk.

Rhenish greetings
