Which building plot to choose for a single-family house?

Unfortunately, there are no square meter details yet. They are supposed to be approximately between 500-600 m². What do you think about spaces 9 and 10? Or would you rather choose spaces 6-8? Up front you can probably already hear the street quite well. The street runs directly past 1-3.

10 is better in terms of layout/building envelope than 9, but 9 is better located since it is to the south. If I had to decide, I would choose 9. But it also depends on how busy this small path next to it is. Personally, I wouldn’t want to be any closer to a busy street. I’d rather look further north.

Basically, the building envelopes are good because they also extend to the back, but for 500/600 sqm they are 20 deep, building envelope 14... I find that a bit unfortunate. I would not choose 9 and 10 at all.

Ok, why? Especially 9 and 10 are interesting because of the distance to the southern/northern neighbor. Unless the paths are more heavily frequented. Number 2 is only nice on paper. The street behind it takes away quite a bit of attractiveness. Friends of ours have exactly that. A nice southwest plot, but right behind it the main road into the village. Not nice, but there are actually people who don’t mind that at all. Then better one of the 30-sized plots.
