Which building plot to choose for a single-family house?

For 16 and 19, it is the case that the road heading north is supposed to be extended at some point... where will it lead then, will there be more construction? Otherwise, surely all the - new - residents will just drive past.

10, 11 and 12 would be my favorites. I can't imagine that anything can/may still be built there.

Between 15 and 16, the street is presumably to be continued at some point. The possibility for the expansion of the development area will be kept open here.

Yes, exactly. But that also means that everyone will drive past construction site 19...

I find proposal 9&10 brilliant, probably only one or the other is possible. I like the orientation and the distance to the water in 2, I am a favorite mosquito victim and don't like Authan on my skin.
