I estimate I can manage with 700k-750k including land without furniture. 1.2 million is a bit exaggerated. Friends of ours also built a city villa here with 180sqm, 500sqm land, double garage, covered terrace, underfloor heating everywhere for 350k altogether.

So I don’t see 1.2 million now either, but just the house with garage will probably scrape around 600k, I think. Plus land, outdoor area with terrace, kitchen, lamps, furniture, etc.
