What will our house construction cost - rough estimate desired

We are scratching the million. Actually, we would be well above it. However, we are lucky to have almost all trades within the family and thus get nearly wholesale prices everywhere, which sometimes makes up 40%. And we provide a lot of our own labor.

How much personal contribution have you planned? If little to no PC, I would bet on a higher amount instead. We have just completed 160 sqm, far from many special requests and extremely much PC provided. But even for us, a 5 is already in front with the land (value about €100,000). At least once we are done with the outdoor facilities.
