What type of flooring do you have/plan to have?

We have real parquet everywhere in our rental apartment (except the bathroom). Also in the kitchen. And we have a toddler. It's not a problem, the scratches and dents are in completely different places, the kitchen still looks very good. I don't like tiles.

[*]Bathrooms, basement including stairs, ground floor hallway, utility room & kitchen -> tiles
[*]Upper floor stairs, dining & living room, and entire upper floor including hallway glued parquet (wide plank flooring)

So the plan so far... even though I recently almost changed my mind about the tiles again

Same floor tiles everywhere on the ground floor as well as in the laundry room on the upper floor, wood-look tiles in the bathroom on the upper floor. Bamboo parquet in the allround-room on the ground floor, remaining rooms on the upper floor: carpet

Hallway ground floor, utility room, guest WC and bathroom: tiles. All other rooms: cork (glued and sealed).

Same floor tiles in living/cooking room, study, hallway, storage room
Different tiles as well as mosaic tiles in the bathroom
Goat hair/new wool carpet in the sleeping area

And all of this in my rented apartment with underfloor heating

I actually wanted cork for the bedroom and children's room as well. How sensitive is it? With, like, a toss-happy toddler... Doesn't that get damaged quickly?
