Construction costs approximately 500 TE minus 30 EL and 40 equity capital means 430 TE to be financed. Officially, you only want to show the bank your salary, 2350 euros. No bank will finance that, sorry to say. Nada!

And even with 3800 euros combined, it will be very hard to find a bank. The only chance though! Personally, I would find the whole thing too tight.

That unfortunately won’t fly. You have to plan for the kitchen, garden, upgrades, and buffer. We just had that in another thread, what else can happen in the worst case.

We have an offer from a regional BU for 150sqm plus basement and double garage 9x8m for 390k euros turnkey including everything except the kitchen. (Land is flat approx. 1.5m below street level, optimal for "basement")

I am planning 65k euros for the land including everything plus additional costs of about 50k euros. Through own work, finishing after shell construction we want to save 30-50k euros, nothing signed yet, we are just considering now.

So I have (alone, two children) a household income of 3800€ like you together, I have a 320k€ loan and in my opinion, that is the absolute limit. It should not be more than that.
