I wanted to give feedback again. Thanks to everyone for your contributions at this point. By now I understand well that the installation of the cistern has its price. The installation at or above this size is already complex. The cistern is now in its final position and was today backfilled with gravel after we filled it to 1/3. Now all connections plus cistern pump and re-supply follow.

On the topic of subsequent electricity: Here we decided to lay a cable via the aforementioned free circuit. The garden landscaper exposed the house connection and the electrician pulled out 1 heavy current cable as well as two bus cables on the same occasion, because we are planning an additional bell system at another location. Everything worked out brilliantly so far.

: Do you happen to have a greenable shaft cover? The garden landscaper said that exists, but the one he knows is very heavy.

I have my cistern somewhere else. In the lawn area there is only my well cover. It is drivable and green. I would not choose greenable. It only has disadvantages. Either a green cover, artificial turf on it, or leave it as is.

Thank you. This aligns with the advice from the landscape gardener. He also said either leave it open or use artificial grass. Isn’t the difference between artificial grass and real grass more noticeable than the cover itself?

We put a bucket with a plant on it. Neighbor too.

Yes, it is more conspicuous. Therefore, I wouldn't do it. The tub is also not so great because of the mowing now.

I have one more question for you as a Graf flat tank owner. Unfortunately, I forgot to look into the tank without water. What does the bottom look like? I now have a pump that stands upright. Is the bottom of the flat tank even? From the outside, it doesn’t look like it. Will the pump stay standing at all?
