Attached from the development plan... If I want to water the garden from the cistern, do I have to install a second meter?

And then you know again why building is so expensive :D These cisterns are the first useless 3k costs :D and then you also have to pay for your expensive collected water.

To me, it sounds like you need the meter if you use the water, for example, for the toilet flushing. It is important to document the amount of water because of the sewage charges. I would ask for clarification.

I was not aware of the double meters until now... Too bad :/

Then I'll ask about the combination of [Revision/Zisterne] and the meter if I only want to water the garden

Definitely exactly that. Normally, the wastewater volume equals the fresh water volume, and that matches quite well. Obviously, the beer comes into the house in the bottle and goes out through the sewage system, but that doesn't matter. However, if you operate the washing machine and toilet with it, then it looks a bit different. But I would ask again about the retention volume. 6 cbm seems quite a lot to me; if you want a combined cistern there, you end up with at least 10 cbm.

Combination cistern means inspection shaft and cistern in one?

In the last development area, 8cbm were still required... I don't think smaller will be possible
