We will not have different levels. It will be a 127 sqm large 3-room angled bungalow in T shape. I myself have concerns and I hope the floor layer also says no. But I want to show good will and at least be well informed. My nickname is a derivation of my birth name. I have been using it for ages. But yes, funny coincidence.

We have informed ourselves about the different types of flooring + our own experiences. All the points that are important to us, summarized overall, with the result that for us vinyl simply represents the best compromise for the rest of the house.

I would be interested in those points. Vinyl would always be the worst choice for me (ok, except laminate), directly comparable to carpet. Hence the question.

Gladly
Important: these are personal points and personal experiences.
Price range up to €60 p/m².

We are a household with 4 animals. 3 cats and 1 Bernese mountain dog mix.
That means a lot of hair and rather more dirt, which means daily cleaning.
Cats that chase each other and can’t make the corners use their claws.

Experience and points about parquet:
The sun changes the wood color significantly more than laminate and vinyl. In the price range up to €60, the material and the locking system are not so good, so the surface is more sensitive and also does not handle water and moisture as well.
This is the experience we have had and also confirmed by the flooring specialist shop.

Laminate has similar problems, only that the surface is more robust than parquet.

Vinyl in this price range has, comparatively, the highest quality. Visually it surprisingly comes close to a parquet floor and the abrasion class is suitable for commercial use with medium wear.

Vinyl is already quite quiet without extra impact sound insulation and works best in comparison in connection with underfloor heating and cooling. Better in the area of underfloor heating and cooling are actually only tiles. Only tiles somehow always feel colder in the room atmosphere.

These are our personal points and reasons.
For everyone, there may be different priorities and opinions, which are not wrong either.

That speaks in favor of tiles. I also don’t find them cold, I walk barefoot on them in summer, we don’t even have underfloor heating. Whether the room feeling is cool or warm is decided by the color.

Vinyl is out when I look at appropriate floors with animals. Vinyl is too soft for claws, it won't hold up, and the same goes for soft parquet. It only takes a scared animal with claws (in my example case a dog) rushing through and the floor is ruined. Only tiles or actually harder laminate would work, although I don't know if laminate won't show claw marks over time.
