Terriers... I'm a beginner. I think that's not the right one then.
It doesn't have to be. It was once discussed for when my husband is at home. And now he is...

When do you start planning the renovation and stuff? When you were at the notary???

just go to the animal shelter. They know their animals and through walking sessions you get to know the dog

pretty object

Ok, then Terrier is probably not for us. Pushed-in nose... Pug, Bulldog (not my thing at all *laugh*). Our previous dog was a Border Collie/Collie/German Shepherd mix, an absolutely exceptional dream dog. Little Sally is quite a little rascal... right now she’s running through the apartment like a little wild pig! There’s still a bit of work ahead of us.

As for the planning... yeah... I don’t know. We also need to clarify what should happen to the stuff that’s still inside or who is responsible for clearing it out. We could definitely still use some of the things. In any case, a floor hatch with stairs needs to be made, a sink in the laundry room (the toilet and bathroom are separate, but the WC has no own sink) and then I would definitely like to have the regular front door activated again. Now the laundry room access is the front door. And then we somehow need to create an office. [/QUOTE]

yeah, then a stubborn person with character :D Clear that up before the notarized contract, because that clause will be included, whether it's a broom-clean handover or furniture is "sold" along.

The problem with the pushed-in snouts is that when it is taken too far, it is actually a form of cruel breeding. The animals can barely breathe and are also unmistakably loud when grunting and snoring. But there are also cute specimens that still have a recognizable snout. Our neighbor has one like that, and ours has a bit of a crush on hers as well. Very delicate and really cute for a French Bulldog.

Ok, then I will call the realtor again this week. Depending on the situation, we would otherwise clear out for the remaining takeover.
