Upper floor too low, is insulation possible without loss of room height?

That was quick with the deletion. Sally is a Sheltie-Poodle mix and will be about 45 cm and 10 kg heavy and I have no idea how she will look later. At birth they were all black and now they are brown, gray somehow. Here are some photos of the house

From the outside it looks very well maintained. And it has a lot of potential. Cute!

That is a nice little house. Where does the toilet in the [DG] drain to? Use Sally (who actually deleted her before I saw her?) as the avatar picture :)

Yes.... you can't deny the poodle, and I wasn't really keen on it either, but she took over so much during the visit that we couldn’t say no.
Maybe a Border Terrier would be something? If you can handle the terrier character.
