Upgrading IKEA Faktum kitchen

I have been offered a used kitchen from the series Faktum. To design it according to my ideas, I would need to change a few things. However, I cannot find some items on Ikea’s homepage and I am unsure if they are even available for purchase and how much they cost.

I have the following question:

The kitchen includes an old built-in oven with a ceramic hob, where the controls are on the oven itself (an old model that Ikea no longer sells). Is it possible to deactivate these controls somehow and use a new gas cooktop instead of the ceramic hob, or would I also need a new oven in that case (the countertop will be replaced anyway)?

has the door problem been resolved? No idea what's going on with the [Merkzettel]. The page also glitches sometimes, just try again later. You can continue to use your oven even if no cooktop is connected. The knobs at the front will simply be without function.
