It would be at least sporty to still want to overtake the neighboring half now, just so you as co-basement dwellers could be the first builders (which would, however, be highly advisable). However, according to a rough estimate, about 146 sqm can be created, which relaxes the need for storage space. Then you partially put the technical room in the roof, so it will work without the basement becoming the killer criterion.
