There are horizontal and vertical installation zones for the electrical rough installation. In the first image, they do not seem to be observed.

The site manager ordered the electrician to join the appointment today; the slots are being partly redone. We went through every cable in the house and discussed further minor repairs (Also those of the power supply for the roller shutters). Now I feel better. :-)

And what explanation did the electrician have for this sloppy workmanship?

Anyone who expects the electrician to mark his chases with a spirit level beforehand must also be prepared to pay for it. This is once again a lot of fuss about very little. Yes, there are installation zones, which are largely adhered to. For a venetian blind, you just have to bend horizontally at the height of the motor, what else can you do? Running cables over the floor is standard and not prohibited. And if a triple combo of switches and sockets is installed at an angle, then that’s no drama. Often it can’t be done otherwise. Take pictures, measure it yourself. If you want to plaster the entire wall with pictures, you shouldn’t have planned electrical devices there. Completely exaggerated drama, typically German. "But it shows 87°, I measured, it’s 88.3°." The electrician is probably saving on other things now, which are much more important to you in the end... but you deserve that ;)

You’re the one who usually always advocates that amateurs are best not to touch sockets at all. A professional company was hired here to install proper and professional electrical work, and the gentleman not only didn’t use his spirit level but didn’t even use his rough estimation by eye. The guidelines for how to lay cables don’t exist for nothing, because already in 2-3 years no one will remember where the cables are or the house changes ownership and then you look: where are the sockets and where can I safely hang my pictures or screw in the shelf? And no one will come up with the idea that in a new build the electrical installation was done as if the gentleman had spent the night at the fair and hadn’t even gone to sleep beforehand.

Today I searched for our 6-year-old electrical wiring inside the walls because we are getting new interior plaster and I want to mark the cables for the plasterers. And I am glad that very few paid attention to the horizontal and vertical thing and I don’t have to search here and there inside the walls – because even after so few years, I no longer remember exactly where what was.
