Unclean electrical installation in the new building

In the 1st picture top left, for example, the cable is already laid quite crookedly.

For curtain rods, exactly these red boxes next to the roller shutter box are a nuisance. You really have to be very careful and measure precisely or take photos now while it's still a shell.

I installed my boxes for the roller shutters exactly the same way and had no problems.

What is more of a problem is that the cable for the roller shutter motor was routed to the box without a conduit; that’s a hassle if the cable fails.
That has happened to me twice already where the roller shutter wore through the cable inside, but thanks to the conduit it was only annoying and the replacement was done in 10 minutes.

You can also pull the empty conduit down to the switch. That is more a matter of aesthetics. What is more important is that it is an empty conduit and not the motor cable itself. Especially if there is no box at the top and the cable fails, the entire path down to the switch must be opened.
