I see zero problems. I still have the gravel path as an access road. The neighbor also built in the second row, and back then the city didn't even require an access road to the official street. Definitely take the blue path! I would put a proper gate (if desired with privacy screening) where the side path ends, with a mailbox. If the postman or someone else wants to go directly to your front door, they have to ring the bell. I would have placed the terrace more towards the upper property boundary, you also get west sun from the lower side, right? Why this corner terrace facing northwest?

I forgot to mark that on the plan and only mentioned it in a post: South is on the right, west at the bottom of the plan. So the terrace is in the southwest.
