Tips and ideas for the floor plan of a 136 sqm single-family house

the views confirm what I feared based on the floor plans. Very many different windows and window sizes. I do not like the views, especially the gable views.

In the south gable, I would take the same window size at the top and bottom. In the north gable, unfortunately, this is not possible due to the different rooms on the ground floor. The 4 windows on the north side on the ground floor look to me like loopholes in the picture. I prefer fewer windows but larger ones.

But it’s all a matter of taste...

Many important points have already been mentioned. Why is the bathroom above the living room? How is drainage handled? The path to the kitchen would be too long for me. Can't you have a door directly into the kitchen? Is there enough light in the hallway?

so the alignment is of course reasonable :) I don't find the windows checkerboarded now - almost all widths seem to be the same. On second thought, I would make the bedroom into the bathroom, the dressing room into the bedroom, and the bathroom into the dressing room...

Regarding the size, perhaps a door between the dressing room and the bathroom is not a bad idea, so you don't always have to run through the bedroom.

I also don't find the lack of access to the kitchen and the different window sizes very nice.
