For the hallway, kitchen, utility room, and bathroom, we need to choose floor and wall tiles. For the floor, we now have one in mind that looks dirty like raw, rusty shipbuilding steel. It looked great when lit up in the store. Now we’re having doubts. Our entrance, kitchen, and utility room face north. Windows face north. The hallway only gets daylight through the door window. Won’t it be too dark with that tile? Or are we just lacking courage? Please give us your thoughts.

Please upload the floor plan of the ground floor (because of the windows and room size and stuff ;) )

Can't you take a sample with you to the shell construction? That helped us quite a bit back then.

It's purely a matter of taste. We find this trend towards anthracite - or similar tiles - terribly gloomy and depressing ;) no matter how much light shines on it, the floor remains a big dark hole. But objectively speaking, I find this rust tile quite interesting. If you like it... go for it!

Name unclear: Oxid ceramico mettalico, I believe. It is from Italy. Floor plan: Attachment. Utility room, hallway, kitchen are recognizable. Plan is not oriented. South is at the top, north at the bottom.
