The object complies with the KfW standard. What does that mean?

How can my air-water heat pump ever pay off?

If I optimistically assume an annual consumption of 4000 kWh at 0.25 cents, I have a monthly installment of €83.33

In the KFW 55 house, mind you, with 130m2 without a basement...

Good point, which is why in my opinion gas is simply the more affordable option.

The heat pump can only shine with environmental benefits if the electricity comes from green sources (or maybe still from the coal power plant next door?).

Did someone here claim that it pays off?

The advantages of heat pumps are different:
You are only dependent on one energy source.
You can purchase this energy source (somewhat) ecologically.
You can produce this energy source yourself.
You are more independent from third countries.

It is clear that electricity is currently more expensive than gas here. But if there is no gas available, the calculation looks different again.

What is supposed to be optimistic about the object having 4000kwh of electricity? That is 12000kwh of heat.

Well – if there is a lot of showering and bathing in winter, it can be reached quickly. I also estimate the heating demand for such a property at only 1500 kWh. But hot water really wants to be hot, and that costs with heat pumps.

OK, thanks thanks, we're drifting off quite a bit right now;)
Now I have received two opposite but each plausible answers...
Where can I get a legally reliable answer at low cost?
