The joint alignment from wall to floor is not symmetrical, what to do?

We were completely shocked when we entered our newly tiled bathroom. The tiler did not lay the wall tiles/grout in the shower symmetrically to the floor. The problem: we did not receive any tile plan beforehand, nor did he ask us how it should be done. Now we are totally disappointed, we absolutely don't like it this way! Is the only option now to remove the tiles, have it redone, and pay everything twice?

Is there a photo of it so that we don't have to imagine it exclusively?

And were the tiles even suitable in terms of size? For example, I have once 60x30 in the bathroom and then a sample tile in 33x60 .. you have to think about the layout before laying them.

Well, a bathroom floor plan with indicated tile layout and planned installations (bathtub etc.) with measurements would also be good. Because the floor tile seems to be continuous.
