I know, everyone has different priorities. But appearance is one of the most important and common reasons to buy. And appearance is what you generally pay more for without it being justified by manufacturing costs or anything like that.

Not because of the wear on the tile, but the wear on the chair is important to me, and the noise level is also not insignificant if the tiles are not perfectly smooth.

Maybe Tomtom is referring to the material. In my opinion, that’s no longer important nowadays; appearance is what matters. I would never think of spending €200/sqm on marble or something like that because it’s not worth it to me (plus I find it ugly). That seems a bit outdated to me.
