Now it's day, sorry! So, the house is supposed to have an L-shape. However, the basement should be a rectangle. I tried to sketch it in Paint, black for the house, blue for the basement. Unfortunately, we only came up with this last week, so there are no plans yet. We will get them in a week.
Attached below the houses are a granny flat and heating room. "Next to the building," as you nicely said, space for the cars. Above that, we would like a terrace and maybe a part of lawn planting...
It is our first house and for me as a construction layman, it is incredibly difficult to realistically estimate something like this. I already know that it is basically not possible to make accurate estimates at this level of detail. I also have no problem if we are off by a few tens of thousands of euros... I just want to avoid going to the architect with my ideas, him drawing and drawing, days and weeks passing, we think about it daily, and with a detailed calculation we are then told that everything considered is financially miles out of reach for us and we are back at the beginning... I also understand that an architect does not want to carry out 10 cost calculations and therefore first creates plans and then calculates.
That is why the question whether there are somehow more detailed cost rates with which I can work myself and calculate whether it is realistic or not.
Example:
Living area high standard: 380€/m³
Granny flat medium standard: 350€/m³
Basement area (heating room and workshop): 350€/m³
"Underground garage": 280€/m³
maybe also a normal garage for comparison: 100€/m³
