We are currently planning a KfW 55 energy-efficient house with:

In Thuringia, I assume? If so, there is a world of difference between the construction costs in TH and BW; furthermore, the OP dreams of a "special" shelter for his fleet. It won’t be quite that cheap to realize. Rhineland greetings
