Terminate house contract before expiry - withdrawal clause/property

if the area doesn't offer any free plots anyway and you automatically? (check!) exit the contract with Allkauf Haus after 4 months, you can probably buy the house now without any worries. you might possibly stretch out the purchase of the property a bit (supply/demand?) to minimize the risk (which is hardly likely to exist). but you should definitely read again very carefully what you signed there. i can hardly imagine that they would just let such a contract (it's about a lot of money) expire so easily. there's certainly a clause somewhere. as already mentioned, such preliminary contracts are only disadvantageous for you. they can just offer you a plot like that and only sell to you if you also build the house there. if none of this feels right to you, you could also consult a specialist lawyer. but the best thing will probably be not to stir things up at all (so contacting Allkauf Haus) and wait it out.

This approach is highly unprofessional and completely disqualifies Allkauf Haus. It's shocking how many bad apples there are..*shakes head*

We experienced such an approach with the majority of providers as well, especially in my region it is incredibly difficult to get a plot of land... you also resort to such methods

Usually yes; it should be _exactly_ stated in your withdrawal agreement.

As Otus already wrote, you have to withdraw. Read the wording of the withdrawal agreement carefully; if you do not understand the content – which would not be surprising – find a lawyer you trust and have the consequences of a withdrawal explained to you in a meeting.
